1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KVGGN Synergy application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.

2. Use License and Restrictions

KVGGN Synergy is a private warehouse management portal. You are granted access solely to manage and audit godown transactions authorized by your administrative authority. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the system software or layout.
• Log in with credentials not explicitly assigned to you.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal stock manipulation.

3. User Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to notify administrators immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches. Administrators hold the right to terminate access at any time for violation of these rules.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free operations. Inventory logs and stock calculations should be regularly validated against physical warehouse parameters.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
