We retain account profiles as long as the account remains active. Users can request immediate deletion/anonymization of their account via Settings → Account → Delete Account within the application, or by contacting our data protection representative.

Upon deletion request, personal identity and contact data are permanently scrubbed or anonymized. Audited stock movements will remain linked to anonymous references to ensure business financial records stay correct.
